The new calibration service
Calibration means comparing with a known value. This is defined using national standards. Our measurement devices and probes are based on these values, i.e. calibrated. Regular recalibration is important in order to maintain the high quality of the measured results and to protect oneself against compensation claims.
Narda STS owns and operates two fully equipped modern calibration facilities, in Long Island,NY/USA and Pfullingen/Germany. The laboratory equipment allows for the calibration to both an industry or military standard over an extremely wide frequency range.
The calibration is carried out according to ISO 9001 standard. The metrological confirmation system for test equipment complies with ISO 10012-1. The calibration service includes - at no extra cost to you - testing the device to ensure it functions perfectly. For re-calibration and/or repair you may send your Narda instrument to the sales partner in your region or directly to Narda Safety Test Solutions. Please find the service facility for your Narda-instrument in the table below. If your instrument is not working properly and might be in need of repair, you will be given an estimate repair cost based on the evaluation.

Our site, Hauppauge NY/USA offers you an express calibration service within 15 days. Please call us to get an RMA number and send the device along with the form to Narda USA.
